At Little Oaks Learning Academy, we believe that just like mighty oak trees grow from the smallest roots, children grow strongest when they are nurtured with care, patience, and support. Our center is a place where young learners can put down their roots, explore the world around them, and grow with confidence.
Our classrooms encourage learning through play, discovery, and and children's natural curiosity. Through hands-on activities, children develop important early skills while enjoying the wonder of childhood.
Our nurturing teachers are dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where every child feels valued and supported. Services Available:
Childcare/preschool
Little Oaks Learning Academy provides nurturing childcare for children from 12 weeks through age 5 in a warm, calm environment designed to help young learners feel safe, supported, and inspired.
Before/aftercare
Before and After care is available for working parents who need flexibility outside of traditional childcare hours.
Drop in care
Drop In care available for children 13 months to age 12. School closings, sick babysitter, or just need short day of care? This service is based on availability and openings at the center.
Curriculum:
Our infant and toddler classrooms use the Creative Curriculum, which supports early development through responsive caregiving, exploration, and play. Teachers create a nurturing environment where the youngest learners feel safe and secure while discovering the world around them. Through sensory activities, movement, music, and meaningful interactions, infants and toddlers build early language, social, and motor skills. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to follow children’s natural curiosity and developmental milestones, helping them grow and learn at their own pace.
Our preschool program uses the Creative Curriculum Preschool to support children’s growing independence, curiosity, and love of learning. Through hands-on activities, guided exploration, and purposeful play, children build important skills in early literacy, math, science, and social development. Teachers create engaging learning experiences that encourage children to ask questions, solve problems, and work together with their peers. In a nurturing and supportive environment, preschoolers are given the opportunity to explore their interests, strengthen their confidence, and prepare for the next steps in their educational journey.
